    yep very good news. not only does he bring experience, knowledge of the club and ability, he can also play in a fair few positions.

    this guy was playing in the Prem last season and has had a while with the squad in pre-season. CP must think he still has it.

    Looked fit and up for it v Bromley.  Pleased to see him at the Club not because he is an ex-player but because he is an experienced player who has played at a higher level last season, who is said to be a good influence and can play in a couple of positions.

    Agree but still think he'll be moved on.  Same with Francis.

    About time.  He made it very clear over a month ago this is where he wants to be.  And that is what we need. 
    Clear head that has experience and can really help the younger ones in the side and at the club to come through.  
    He also still has the skill and boy he looks good on the ball.   
    I also think we will become a coach with us when he hangs up his boots.
