Sunderland owned by the one of the richest men under 30 on planet earth and Ipswich bought by owners who had a fund of $13bn & $700m in available capital, their first act as owners was to wipe out £100m in debt. Bristol City owned by Steve Lansdown of Hargreaves and Lansdown ( they don't invest directly on the pitch as much but have invested huge over the last 10 years in Bristol sport) 

Coventry & Luton more comparable to us, Coventry are where they are because of either luck or smart player trading (Gyokeres) which leaves Luton where a certain individual allowed them to build a squad where the group was able to achieve a lot more than the sum of it's parts.

Yeah I get they had money, but it doesnt shy away from the fact that its not impossible to get promoted from the Championship without Parachute Payments... I mean Sheffield United (who will recover), arent exactly doing great even with them now.

Yeah that's what I meant, they have basically been able to sell players for loads, and then buy players for loads too, but they'll still make a profit because whilst they've "lost the Prem money" they'll still get parachute payments on top of the 70m they've made on player sales.

Looking at the signing by team it feels like Blackburn have had a bad window, lost key players and replaced them with unproven talent. I could see them getting dragged down into it. I feel Oxford and Portsmouth haven't done enough and will be down there with us, Wednesday and Hull.

Yes other is basically abroad, with just a couple of players that had been out of contract for long enough where I didn't class them as joining from their previous side also in that category. If people are interested, (I might anyway, because I am) I could break that category down into countries where those players have come from. To see what markets clubs are buying from.
