By way of a little light relief from all the Jones angst....

Came across this today when having a sort out. It's one of my most precious Charlton related possessions.

Vintage 2004/05, the original framed artwork was presented to me by my then team (I was HR Director of BT Retail, the then largest Division of BT) when I was leaving on promotion to a new job.

(Yes, I know they spelt "Premier" wrong  :) )

I hope that isn’t an own goal you are scoring there?
Looks like an Ahadme bullet header!
I can take a lot of abuse but suggesting I'm like Gass is a step over the line  ;)

The entire squad for the day signed teamsheet, plus the 6 goalscorers signing the front of the programme.

Upto then our record away win.

My Matt Svensson black Redbus top he gave me after my heart attack in 2020 is very special as well.

A pair of signed Yann match worn boots, along with a signed photo of him wheeling away after scoring that wonder goal Vs Hartlepool.

A man who I don't think will ever be surpassed as my favourite footballer of all time.

Other than my memories, the gate top sword that I "rescued" from the top of the old Valley gates.

Any chance of a picture, that is something I would love to see.

I got a play off final keyring lanyard thing for falling down a few rows of seats from celebrating too hard at wembley in 2019. They took me and my brother and his mates (we all fell down) through some special medical room and out some special player exit. As a result managed to get some selfies with Dijksteel and Aribo. That was nice. So, it's probably my ticket from that game.

Sure, you won't be the first person to want a picture of my sword.

1947 FA Cup winners programme…..with match ticket. 👌
That’s amazing. Do you have it framed?

I have a programme for each of the matches in the FA Cup we played in our winning run of 1947 plus ticket for final (all bought on ebay).  I have wondered how to frame them but I think it would just need too big a frame for me to ever then put on my wall so they sit in an envelope.

I don’t collect Charlton stuff really as I'm more into collecting video game memorabilia and my GF would kill me if I started adding Charlton items to my growing collection.

I have random shirts and programmes I've bought over the years in storage boxes, but I have a signed photo of Johnnie Jackson that I bought from the museum on display, so I’d probably have to go with that

Here you go, the base is a bit loose and am planning to mount it somehow and out garden wall (my wife is delighted)!
OMG that is museum worthy! Brilliant item.

The 03/04 home shirt with Hreidarsson on the back, signed by himself on the back with the rest of the squad's signatures on the front

My Match Ticket / Programme combos from each of the last three Play-Off Finals - Shame that 2025 was just a print off rather than an actual ticket stub

There a a few proper tickets around.
Not for the average punter, is a shame as I wanted to make a frame for my son from the day.

Autograph set of the 1947 FA Cup team. An old colleague of my Mum was a friend of one of the players (not sure which one).

She gave them to my Mum about 40 years later when she learned she’d married a Charlton fan.

This 4 foot long signed BWP picture is probably the most unique. Got loads of other signed stuff and rare programmes.

I have the SCP England  (3) shirt, signed by the squad, from Sven’s first game in charge.

Centenary shirt signed by all of the former players that came during 2004/5, including the then surviving Cup finalists, Eddie Firmani and countless others, very much under lock and key.

No….because framing the programme would make it unable to be read……I will think about it though.
Might even offer them up for sale framed together.
I wonder what they would be worth?

That's superb. My dad and I took some grass from the pitch on the last game which a gardener "weeded out" of the flower bed a couple of years later.  Reckon you did better. 🤣

I used to have a Stuart Leary contract and also a couple of telegrams from the South American tour which are now in the museum. I’ve still got two team sheets from 1957, one when Trotter was manager and one with Seed. The Seed one is handwritten and has unfortunately faded a bit over the years.

My memory of Thierry Henry telling me to “Fuck Off” after giving him some stick when I sat in the front row of C block in the East Stand back in the Prem days.
