Watford Home Ticket Question

Was taking my Grandson to the Watford game ,but now hes booked to go on a camping trip.
Will take my daughter instead. Does anyone know how to change the Under 12 ticket ive already 
purchased to an adult one. I looked on the tickets on the website but cant see anywhere to amend 
tickets already purchased.

    call the ticket office, they will sort it

    Ring the ticket office and they will send new ticket by email for printing at home or an electronic ticket, they will charge you the difference plus an admin fee.
