And a draw away and a win at home for us in your two cup finals.
if they're cup finals, they can't be major ones, coz you've never won one of those have you?
When you finally break the duck you’ll celebrate like you did when you won your other cup final. Not that any of you can remember that.
the only south london team to have never won a major trophy - sorry, but i just like writing that   :D
  • less successful than wimbledon  :D:D:D

alright, you're achievements are on a par with bromley  :D:D:D
  • Reckon we'll have a really good start and be in the mix up until Christmas, then come down with decorations finishing bottom half, but comfortably staying up. Not too bothered where anyone else finishes tbh, as long as Wrexham dont go up
  • Anywhere above relegation spots is a bonus for us.

Anywhere in the relegation spots for Millwall is a bonus.
  • Us 19th

    Millwall 7th

unfortunately anyone who can’t see they are actually a good side is delusional
Saw the 0-1 loss to Oxford last season, they were rank.  Must have been an off day, like going down to a Nap hand a Plymouth, because they had some very good results, too.

We were the only team in the league to beat all of the top 3 last season. We also lost to all of the bottom 3. That’s the championship for you… in a nutshell.

I’m not usually the most optimistic fan. But I’m hoping, with the additions we’ve made pre season, the strength in depth we now have with key players coming back from injury and the promising youngsters we’ve got coming through, plus Alex Neil having a pre season behind him and a full season ahead of him, that we can show the consistency to get us over the line and finally get into the top 6.

We’ll see though. It’s the championship. Anything can happen.
  • Charlton: 16th and I’d be delighted with that.
Millwall: Don’t really care, but it’ll be above us.

Completely this.  A lot of teams have and are spending some sizeable money at Championship level now, both us and you included.  For us it’s simply about staying up (for me anyway, regardless of how excited I am over our signings).  There may be a bit more expectation for Millwall, but the nature of the division could mean it goes either way for you.

I expect the division to be tight like it was last season, but I’m not sure if the points spread will be so thin going into the final few games, ie you and lots of other teams looking at 6th spot, as well as a number of others with the threat of relegation.  I think we can finish lower mid table.  I think Millwall can finish anywhere from lower mid to the last play off spot, but I think to get 6th you’ll need a lot to go your way.

  • Millwall 8th
    Charlton 13th

6 points for the spanners in the Derby, standard

But they are a very cocky bunch at the moment and it really doesn’t suit them 😂, know your place spanners

I can remember it. It is the match that made me a Charlton fan and the red sheep in a Chelsea family.

We had a guy from Burnley billeted on us from the local aircraft factory. He used to tease me rotten. So I prayed to God and said if Charlton won I would support them forever. It made me an Addick but not a Christian.

Looking back all those decades I feel a bit sad about it. The poor young guy (early twenties?) had been conscripted out of his own area and was probably as homesick as hell. A win would have meant a million times more to him than me.
  • 6th.

    Don’t care about Millwall.

Oh and this is the season we finally beat them.
  • We scrape staying up
do the double over the scum who get promoted and Charlton fans then pretend they don’t care about our only local rival .

Couldn't give a toss about Millwall
  • With so many new signings (I’ve lost track) I think we may struggle early on in the season, but finish strongly.
    I’m going for 14th.
    Millwall 8th.
  • Charlton 18th.

    Have no interest in Millwall.
  • 21st I hope.
    Don’t care.
  • If you want to beat millwall more than most/all other teams, then you have an interest in Millwall.
