    Excellent game management by Wrexham.

I find it strange to watch a team who can pass the ball to each other and are defensively strong.

    0-1
Now think what Nathan Jones could do with the power of Walt Disney behind him?

This is something I was pondering the other day , how would Nathan and PC go about things if they had a Wrexham type warchest where the budget is pretty much irrelevant. Would be quite interesting I think in terms of the types of players we'd target.

Said it before couldn’t give a shit if the scum go up, will enjoy them getting tonked every week, and we won’t have to watch us throw in the usual bottle job of a performance at the toolbox.

Surprised its not been mentioned but we've played two games on a Wednesday night so far this season. Stoke at the Valley, and Middlesbrough away - Both games ending 1-0 to the Addicks, understandable given the sacrifice I make on a Wednesday night running Beaver Scouts beforehand... Will lightning strike thrice?

He'd still buy his Luton cast offs.....would just pay over the odds for them 😄

Then still play a defensive set up with wingbacks who cant cross & strikers that cant score.
  • Watching Dobson play for Wrexham makes me think that we should try playing with a midfield

Would be our best attacking midfielder in this team, let alone defensive.

    HT: Oxford 0-1 Wrexham
Look on the bright side, if things stay as they are, the worst we can do is go down on GD
Its an improvement of the point that we went down by last time :)
Fingers crossed Wrexham can see it out.  Yes, Oxford could still catch us but psychologically, I think the fact they could only go level on points with us might finish them off.  They’d be looking at (a minimum) a 3 goal swing plus winning both their games.  I mean we could get easily lose our remaining 3, but we don’t tend to ever get turned over.

Long way to go yet with the second half and Oxford know it’s pretty much their final roll of the dice, but if it stays like this then the odds are very long against them

These old boys parading round the Oxford pitch could probably give us a game.

Must be transport problems at Leicester as their stadium is only half full.

I can't get my head round Sheffield Wednesday and Leicester are going to be going to Ben* Hayes lane to Play Bromley next season in League 1 !

Literally no interest in Millwall. Priority is avoiding relegation which is currently inching closer. Nothing else matters.

They could still catch Blackburn......and WBA if they got a 3 point deduction.

If they won their remaining 2 games 1-0, and we lost our 3 games 1-0, they'd have better GD than us.

I don’t think Oxford beating Wednesday is a formality either.

Both times we’ve played Wednesday they’ve looked a much better side than Oxford.
