How to find your seat without seat numbers?

The Valley looked beautiful yesterday in the sunshine, but there was a basic item missing.
Hardly any of our seats have the bloomin' seat numbers on them, so it was quite a hassle finding your own and also led to constantly moving around for others to find their seat.
Who should we tell this to, and how? Any new fan or visitor will think it's an absolute joke.

It's been like that in the Lower West stand for the last couple of seasons, i'm not sure about other areas of the stadium.
This becomes more of a problem when the lower west is used by fans who usually sit in other areas of the ground at league games & are unfamiliar with layout of the seats.
As for who should we report this too, i'm stunned that despite having numerous Fans advocates, advisory board, a task & complete group, CAST committee members, that it seem that the ordinary fan still has to raise basic issues that fans have to put up with at every home game.
How many of the people in the groups listed above were at the game last night or attend regularly, because if they do they must be aware of this basic problem that you have raised.

Surely a health and safety issue.1

There's an all-weather paper sticker on the chairs. Very surprising that it's not stood the test of time.0

A black market pen might do the trick. I'll ask my son next time he's down there working to scoot round the Stands & fill in the missing numbers 😃1

The email to use is fans@cafc.co.uk if you want to tell the club. I tend to cobble together numbers from rows above/below but not a foolproof system0

The same applies to the catering situation.Hi Clive,
Thank you for your email.
I am aware of this issue, and I have sent it across to our operations team to look at.
We have undertaken a lot of work at The Valley in the closed season, but we are aware there is still a lot of work to be done.
I’ll be sure to pass your message on.
Kind Regards,
Izzy
