Is kellman a centre forward? Is that his natural position? As in one that can hold the ball up to bring others in?
No, not when he's effectively a lone striker in the middle.

Which is why a few of us have questioned whether he suits the system we are currently playing at the moment.

Tanto and Kelman second half ……….. their two number tens are dangerous but the few breaks we had their defence can be rattled and Tanto is that man to make openings
Two number 10's..ffs, no wonder they looked on top, playing with 12 men!!

Bristol City are clearly a very good side and we’re rising to the challenge. I think we could do with a bit more physicality up top, unfortunately for Kelman he can’t really get himself involved

On the evidence of that first half, Bristol City are a tactical system and Anis Mehmeti

Perhaps too early but this game feels like it’s setting up for Leaburn. Hold it up and turn.
I agree mate Leaburn and Tanto will cause some damage if they come on against their defence I think

Can Kayne Ramsay please stop playing quite so well... we aren't keeping him for very long. Decent first half, fancy another 1-0 Knibbs

Keep it tight, nick it near the end. Ramsay, Jones, Apter and Carey the stand outs. How Apter controlled one ball out the sky, wow. And Jones dive 😂

I thought that was the case. Didn't know much about him before.

Judging from their previous game Bristol do tend to start very quickly (goals at the beginning and 2 right after half time), so we'll have to watch out for an onslaught first 5-10 mins this half again.

I know we only played about 150 minutes so far in The Championship, but we're not going to be the pushover many other fans painted us as
How are Wrexham coping with the step up?

Happy with that first half, defended well AS A TEAM.

Not a lot happening in our foward third that half but the longer we keep it to 0-0 the more chance it'll open up in the last 15 mins for our super sub avengers to win it for us.

Taken the sting out of them, defensively brilliant. Loyd and kayne immense. Edwards a little rattled compared to last week but putting in a shift. Apter playing well despite having two Bristol players on him. Would love to see costello on for docherty and tanto for TC.
Am surprised Bristol City haven't tested Edwards more, as the fella down his side had Josh on toast at the start of the game, they oddly haven't tried repeating that since.
I agree, I think Bristol thought they would get more change out of Apter and Kayne on the right but Ramsay just too good.

Give me a chance mate. I’m on the Isle of Wight.
Just got back from Ryde. National Poo Museum guided tour worth a visit.
How much to get in? Are you sure you weren't taken for a ride?
He only had to spend a penny

Good hold up play from Kelman

They've got proper half-time analysis on the Bristol stream. Annotating replays and everything.

I paid to see the stream but at 14.59 it changed to circles swirling and no football. No response from Charltontv. have others had this problem?

I pity anyone trying to commentate off the TV pictures instead of live at the ground.

You've got more chance of reading the names off The Valley screen.

I think we need two strikers up top this Campbell role not working against better defenders .. at this level
It's the Kelman role that is not working. Campbell is doing great single-handed.

We do seem to give them far too much room on the ball to run at us at times
