Is another option like Fukada coming in? NJ has made a big thing about looking for someone for this role (is that a dead ball specialist or more of a dedicated RB) since Jan, which hints at Small not really being the answer.3

Think this signing will affect Apter more than Ramsay but not necessarily negatively, can see Apter playing further forward. Could play Apter cutting in from right, rather than TC cutting in from the left for example if a 3-4-1-2 is played or we could switch to 3-4-3 with TC and Apter flanking a STR.0

We were pushing for a winner and got caught on the ball - it happens - i spoke to an arsenal fan who watched the game impartially and he said we were the better team and only team who looked like winning it second half which is indeed, how it was. Knibbs, Kelman and Burke will will be a couple of weeks fitter and we have another RWB option. There was always gonna be the odd wobble. Let’s keep right behind them.45

I’m fascinated to see how this signing works out, hope he settles quickly, and does well.1

I've not heard anybody say he's played RWB. He's played CB in a 2 in the Prem, RB and RCB. I advise the cheapskates to subscribe to Substack!!!1

...how unfit is Bree?
Any updates ?0 -

With Apter running at the defence Leaburn/Gooden peeling off, we'd create a hell of a lot more than we are currently
Pearl Harbor all over again.12 - Sponsored links:

I’d be setting up this way for all the more difficult games once Bree is fit enough to start games. For games we think we should win I’d keep the Apter RWB setup0 -
Was it the 1st goal against QPR that Edwards was out of position and a dummy in the middle led to Smyths goal. Apter didn't tackle him but was challenging.
Needs experience at WB but I suspect his remit is only to get back if the FB/WB gets forward0 -
In fairness to Apter he managed to get into a position where he’s covered the whole right hand side of the goal and is goal side the only way Smyth was scoring was to hit it straight at Kaminski which he did which he should have saved. He’s not done anything wrong to suggest he’s not cut out to play as a wingback. If Bree is just extra cover for RCB and RWB so be it better option to have than Hobden and Z.Mitchell1

If he ain't fully fit, they'll have him on toast in this league0

He's not got the athleticism and pace of Ramsay but a decent debut I thought, solid defensively and a nice little bit of skill to set up the goal.
Will be interesting to see if Ramsay gets his place back now.4 -
