just around the time I was able to start watching appreciate who the oppositions main threats were.2 -
Over 19k.
Anyone know the home and away break down of the four home league games this season?
On the test we passed the bell weather.0 -
Was a very respectable turn out from a depressed Blackburn FC. Felt sorry for their fans having to traipse all that way back after a spineless showing like that.0

As a bell wever I thought we overcome too easily and now look for the next one, Derby on Tuesday?
Seems a lot of the home season tickets holders didn't bother today for one reason or another. Bell wever means not exciting enough I expect.
Here's a view of the family area during the first half, which was supposedly close to a sell out pre kick off (I checked and only 4 seats remainder in one of the blocks). Same near me in the west where I was able to choose a seat with ease.

Leicester - 3,139 away, 19,044 home
Millwall - 3,140 away, 20,153 home
Blackburn - 1,567 away, 17,437 home
I think that’s right but I have had a beer4 -

We had 17.5k home fans for unattractive opposition.
That is the improvement we've made.14 -
In many ways it was the most impressive turnout of the season for me.
Think back 10 months or so ago to the likes of Crawley at home. It is an unprecedented upturn2 - Sponsored links:

Blackburn potentially one of the least inspiring home fixtures I reckon - great turn out3
-
Our average attendance last season (including away fans) was 15,255. To be getting 17,437 for a bang average opposition is fantastic2

I think the Ryder Cup would have had an impact too.1

Didn’t help kick off being at 3pm instead of the traditional 12:30 that we are used to.17

Next home game, Sheffield Wednesday, is another £30-£40 game. If their fans have any sense they’d boycott it.0

I didn’t hear the reason why , I expect Godden thought an afternoon of golf watching would be better than The Valley0 - Sponsored links:
