Constantly being asked to sign in.

SoundAsa£

I am using General Charlton option.

Bedsaddick

Same with me . I have to sign in nearly every time now . It’s bloody annoying

Horsfield9

Same here.

shirty5

Every time since the site has been rebranded on a mobile device

BJW

This has NOT been a problem for me. Using a mobile.

1) What link are you using? (The whole thing please eg https://charltonlife.vanillacommunity.com/categories/general-charlton)

2) What browser?

3) What operating system?

4) Does clearing down your cache make any difference? You'll need to log back in straight afterwards, but see if it helps after that.

ElfsborgAddick

The place has gone to s*** since the refurb.

stop_shouting

Same here. I only ever visit this site on my phone

Henry Irving

Happened when the refurb first came but stopped after a couple of sign ins

SoundAsa£

Seems to have sorted itself out……maybe you guys somehow did the business?

stoneroses19

I seem to be complete opposite, as once signed in after refurb, I've not had to sign in again on phone or laptop. Whereas before refurb, I was getting logged out every week.

Taxi_Lad

I’m having to sign in nearly every time on my mobile despite ticking the “keep me signed in” button.

Help!!!

aliwibble

@Taxi_Lad usual questions to help narrow down the issue

1) What link are you using? (The whole thing please eg https://charltonlife.vanillacommunity.com/categories/general-charlton)

2) What browser?

3) What operating system?

4) Does clearing down your cache make any difference? You'll need to log back in straight afterwards, but see if it helps after that.

LoOkOuT

Clearing your browser cache (cookies and all) almost always fixes this. Also, make sure you’re not moving between charltonlife.com and charltonlife.vanillaforums.com.
