If we can change the outcome of games after they have finished, I would like to go back and change the result of the game when we all threw our merchandise brochures on the pitch when Stevie Brown was being stretchered off after injuring himself making a handball.

    No thanks we won 2-0.

If Senegal had walked off the pitch and the game had not been able to continue, then this decision would make some sense. They finished the game, so everything from the penalty onwards was essentially meaningless.

Pure corruption. Hope African football can recover.

Absolutely agree, but once the game is restarted and played to a finish, I don't see how you can go back and change it again. The whole thing leaves a nasty stain over African football which needs to be cleaned up.

Agreed, it's an absolute farce. The time to abandon the game and announce that Senegal has effectively forfeited the match was there and then. That didn't happen. If you let the game restart and it is then played to a finish, you can't suddenly go back and change your minds after. How can they rule that Senegal forfeited the match if they restarted and finished it?

I hope Senegal appeal this and go to CAS and get it overturned as it's a joke. I don't think anyone outside Morocco respects this decision at all.

In other news, Germany have just been awarded the 1966 World Cup due to a thorough VAR check.
We're in the semi's of the 1986 one though so swings and roundabouts
And Lampard's goal against Germany has just been given.
    We can still win this.
And your penalty for Sterling has been overturned in the Euro 2020 semifinal vs Denmark by...oh wait.

(Still gob smacked VAR didn't even ask the ref to have a look at it)
