It says a lot about our record against scum that I genuinely rate our chances of beating Chelsea far higher

Chelsea. I want to see us have a decent cup run. Weird question really though. It's not an either/or situation. I, and obviously everyone else here, would want us to beat both.

I would accept a 20-0 loss to Chelsea if it meant beating millwall

We done the double over Chelsea twice in the Premier League and also beat them on penalties in the cup at their place.
I was at all those games and enjoyed the lot.
But nothing makes me feel better than beating the spanners especially at their place.

    Millwall.

    Millwall U21s

    Millwall U18s

    Millwall Women

    Millwall Junior Lions

    Millwall Vets

    Millwall Staff Team

    Millwall Fans XI

    Then Chelsea

You missed off Pink Lions off that list

    Millwall - no questions.

Could not give a toss about Chelsea, it was nice in the old days doing the double over them all the time but we MUST end the Millwall curse.

Very unlucky not to do it earlier this season, if Ramsay hadn't gone gung ho we would have.

    Let me think

Millwall, our closest rivals, the team we have possibly our worst record against, with their scummy fans, with the pandering of our club and police to the needs of their supporters over home fans

    or Chelsea reserves ?

Will have a ponder and come back to this one

It's a tricky one and I've thought long and hard on which I would choose. After careful analysis of the numerous merits of each outcome I've finally come to a decision.

Millwall FFS! I was in my thirties the last time we beat Millwall and I would sell a kidney (no, give away a kidney) to beat them again before it's too late!

    Millwall

Putting emotion to one side, we need 3 Championship points more than progression in the FA cup.

Has to be Millwall, need to keep that 5 year unbeaten run against them going.

Millwall, as we've beaten Chelsea more recently. Which is ridiculous when you think about it

Assuming you mean an exclusive ‘or’, ‘cos with an inclusive ‘or’ we can have both. Beat Millwall in the League, draw with Chelski in the Cup and win the penalty shootout. That’s one win and one draw.

Easy. Beat Millwall in the League, draw with Chelski in the Cup and win the penalty shootout.
Then get the spanners in the 4th round and beat them again.

Christ, what kind of question is this. I'd pick beating Millwall over a weekend away with Scarlett Johansson.
  • Worst question since daddy or chips.

I’d rather us beat Chelsea. Why?

Because it’s the FA Cup 3rd round ffs. Yes, we need the 3 points but it’s always the case in January. It drives me nuts because even when we had a chance of winning the thing twenty odd years ago (like Palarse last year😥) fans would say that we should concentrate on the league. People complain that the FA Cup has lost its magic but this feeling is only psychologically ingrained into fans’ heads because of the type of attitude those same fans have.

If other teams don’t play their best players then that’s their stupidly for other more teams to take advantage of.

It hasn’t lost its magic for me. The FA Cup means everything as far as I'm concerned ’cos if you know your history,  it’s enough to make your heart go 🎶 ♥️ 💥'

Beating Chelsea just to get knocked out in the next round seems pointless.
Beating Millwall would put a smile on my face for months.
    so Millwall gets my vote.
  • Millwall.

If we did beat Chelsea reserves it wouldn't mean much.

    Interesting comment.
Who or what are Chelsea reserves?
They have such a huge pool of players that seem to constantly change. Into the bargain, I doubt many of their fans know them all and as such their first eleven, on any given day, remains anyone’s guess.

    Well, that's a straight answer.

As for myself, let's see... How many vital league points do we get for beating Chelsea?

Really? That few? In that case, I would rather beat Millwall.
