Still 5 points clear of safety. I would have taken 17th on Boxing Day if you offered me it in July
  • Pathetic performance
  • Shame... One moment of luck for the ball to find the Norwich scorer - Otherwise an extremely drab game of Football from two sides really.

We won’t get anything if we go there with this gameplan. Need a win and give up possession. No idea what to do after going a goal down.

We’ll be ok but have to play a lot better than that.

An absolute embarrassment. Outclassed by a side that are languishing.

    Shocking.

Well played Gough and Kaminski. Let down by pretty much everyone else.
Shame for Gough, he deserved better on his full debut.

Well I stayed awake but I wish I hadn’t. Still no need to panic though, Norwich will be on a journey up the table and a loss to them isn’t the end of the world

That was worse in some ways  than the heavy defeats. We just looked mediocre all round against a team in the bottom three.
We are going to need a big turn around before Monday or we will be near the bottom again by Tuesday morning.Awful.
  • So some of our best players are back now and .... that?  Poor.  On to Pompey.

Did people think that Oxford would lose every game between now and the end of the season after last week?
It's more the performance from us. Of course Oxford will get results during the course of the season

First clean sheet since august, we couldn't even muster one shot on target!

At least Gough got 90mins of experience!

Absolutely fucking despicable bar a few players.

Manager has to shoulder a big part of the blame today also. 0-0 at half-time was OK. Terrible subs.

Merry fucking Xmas, see you at Fratton Park.
  • At the moment the only positive I can take from today's game is that I'll be home by 6pm ...
  • 4 shots and none on target
not good enough for this league

Well it was 0-0 with a proper Left Wing-Back on the pitch... But that was our sole returnee out there from the start
Didnt help we cant risk Bell for longer, and annoying that Norwich scored so soon after we went more attacking down that flank. Worst time to concede really, as we made changes to be more of a threat, and instead we simply gave Norwich the chance to shut up shot.
  • FT 1-0, shite overall performance from one and all...nuff said...least Brownie sounds happy...

Why wait to get Kelman on?
Very poor, defended well but will not win games without attacking more often

To be fair, Burke was on the bench just in case and Bell and Kelman are being eased in, so I’d say the signs are good that they’re back, but we didn’t see the best of them today.

Can't complain, we never got out of 1st gear.
  • Battered really, created nothing against a team that haven't kept a clean sheet since August.

    Oh dear.
  • Dreadful performance, why was Bree allowed to take so many dead ball kicks, why not let Gillespey have that one from just outside the box.No Goal threat at all, with no Leaburn we were not going to win anything in the air so Kelman was wasting his time.Really pissed off with this showing,we are bang in the shit if this cant be improved on Monday.

Zero attacking threat. Makes Monday even more vital. Can't go to Pompey and setup like we have today.
