Been down since approx 1.30am.

Problem is nation wide evidently.🤨

    Got up at 5.00am to watch the Big Bash. Spent half an hour trying to sort it only to discover it wasn't just us. It came back up about 20 minutes ago.

    Having to explain to my autistic son that Disney Jr wasn’t working wasn’t how I planned to start my Saturday, fortunately it’s just come back but had to reboot my main Sky Q box first

    He had his iPad instead which he is never allowed until after breakfast.  He is very neurodiverse mostly nonverbal and Sky is easy for him to navigate, other platforms not so much. He is now throwing shapes to 90s dance music on one of the music channels.

    Our grandson found it hard to deal with our house on Christmas Day. He could deal with his cousins etc being there as he can go off to another room to be by himself.    However as our son pointed out, he was thrown by tree and decorations which made the sitting room look different.

    I can confirm it was a nationwide issue. It went off about 1.20am and came back up about 7am. I had messaged Sky on the Community site and kept getting ping messages from hundreds of people up and down the country with the same issue which kept waking me up.

    Apologies to @cfgs if my earlier comment came across as being directed at you, that genuinely wasn’t the intention. I’d left the page open earlier and posted without seeing your reply, which hadn’t appeared when I first loaded the thread.

    @AFKABartram I can understand why, given the sequence of posts, it looked like I was responding to cfgs directly. If their comment had been visible when I opened the page, I wouldn’t have posted what I did.

    Just an unfortunate bit of forum timing.

    No need to apologise @Dazzler21 mate, hadn’t interpreted it in a negative way. Was just explaining to people who wouldn’t even give something like that consideration.
