For those of a certain age and musical taste - Bob Weir a founding member of the Grateful Dead has passed away at 78. Always been a big fan of the Dead and the west coast sound in general. RIP.

    RIP Bob. 

    I don't know of his music but I can't help thinking that his choice of band name may have been intended to raise a chortle at this moment in time.
