This would be a weird one, unless Leaburn's shoulder has fallen off. I'd much rather we used our final squad space on an attacking CM or saved it as injury cover10

That would be a car crash43

I hope you like playing LB Michail22

Would have thought his wage demands would be too much for us, unless he is just looking to get back playing at this point7

After being totally wrong it seems about Dykes and Coady, can I be the 1st to say what a truly fantastic signing this would be, and I said it 1st!!!😬😬😂32

Probably wants to get back into the Jamacian set up?Did play for them last year (https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/articles/c89ew0202zeo)Don't see any other reason he'd come to us.

Also it is documented he was at Leicester at the end of last year, so it has been looking for a way back into football0

Could just be training with us for fitness.10

London lad. Ten years at West Ham. 1 in 4 goals. Age 35. Recent injury prevented Leicester signing him in January. An injury to Dykes with Miles injury still an unknown would be pretty calamitous. I could see it happening.5

Joining us sort of makes sense. Doesn't need to move and could force his way into the Jamaica side0

This didn't work out:He's played his last game (July 2025) for Jamaica and an U21 match for West Ham in December. He can't be anywhere near match fitness.

If it took him a month to gain fitness he might still be a very useful addition to the squad.bobmunro said:This didn't work out:He's played his last game (July 2025) for Jamaica and an U21 match for West Ham in December. He can't be anywhere near match fitness.3 -

So basically Chuks 2.04 -
Well Jones said last night was a week too early, so sounds like he'll be back for Portsmouth1

He would be a cheat code in the Championship if he was anywhere near his 2024 Prem form.3 -
Is JFH available?8

He might be, but the building work required at Sparrows Lane and The Valley to widen all the doors might be cost prohibitive.11 -
He's a bit of a character, so maybe that's the plan to get some vibrant personalities in until the end of the season.
* if that is the plan*1 -

Miles has a dreadful injury record so only having Dykes, Godden and Kelman is a risk not worth taking in our situation where goals are not easily come by. Staying up is everything so for me if he’s going to contribute to the run in then I’m all for it. Especially as he’d be playing for a contract.0

Sign him up!

Trying to get through each day one at a time. This has set me right back. You're saying he looks like Chuks and plays like him? Could be just what we need even if it's just for 5 or 10 minutes at the end of games.JustFloydRoad said:ShootersHillGuru said:London lad. Ten years at West Ham. 1 in 4 goals. Age 35. Is he the dynamic centre mid we were trying to sign instead of Sam Field?4

Another “leader” in the building as well2

If we did bring him in, think that does confirm we are looking at a higher level of player than previous, if in the last month we have Coady, Dykes, and Antonio joining. Can add Clarke too as does have Championship experience.6

Can add Clarke too as does have Championship experience.I always thought it would be a good move (for him geographically), and made sense, when he got released from West Ham.As you say the fact we are looking at that type of player is promising (from our recruitment) and shows the sort of ambition I want us to show in the summer.4

Should help with our late play-off push.8

How many times has said an injured player is in training and a week away and months later he appears.Rothko said:Well Jones said last night was a week too early, so sounds like he'll be back for PortsmouthThink he at least gave us a monthly update on Godden (so that would of taken most of it).So back for Birmingham then0
