    Last time I looked 20,001 surpassed 20,000

    Actual attendance on the first day is always a fair bit lower than claimed, as so many season ticket holders are away on holiday who are counted in the numbers.

    I had a look on there yesterday and I’d say it looked well on course for 20k when comparing to last years sales for games 3 or 4 days before ko - there’s always a surge in the last day or so

    Season ticket arrived today, delivered by Harvey Knibbs in the last minute.

    So are we to assume season ticket sales are below 11k, ie down on last year?

    If we go back 12 months the club announced over 10,000 tickets were sold but then no more was heard on a total until a question was asked at the Meet the Directors event in January this year where between Ed Warrick and Gavin Carter a figure of 12,500 was announced 

    However that figure was over estimated and was just under 12,000 for last season
