It's a fake account, he's not Rich Scawley, or Richs Cawleyfenaddick said:
Great, another platform for me to keep track of Cawley. Not sure that’s more confirmation than there being interest + what NJ said ydayroseandcrown said:

Can you provide the link/screenshot? Last thing I saw from Cawley was MK were interested but nothing finalised.roseandcrown said:RC confirming Ibby to MK
Its not fake4 -
I saw Rich, on his official Twatter (not using it's stupid new name) account, reference Jim Rodwell saying a couple of names coming in. So RW and GK definitely seem to be on the table.
Very interested to see who the RW is, I notice Zaha is back in London training and on a free, make the call Jim 🤣0 -
Crazy Zaha is only 33. Feels like he's been about donkeys years.Jdredsox said:I saw Rich, on his official Twatter (not using it's stupid new name) account, reference Jim Rodwell saying a couple of names coming in. So RW and GK definitely seem to be on the table.

Funny enough, when I loaded the official club page on X, I'm sure I glimpsed a post about Fullah moving to MK Dons, which then vanished in a millisecond. I think the post has been written and is just awaiting publication.4

Next summer we'll be in the Prem & Lloydy will be begging US for a new deal 🙂EastTerrace said:
This is what I’m thinking regarding next summerRC_CAFC said:
Does this mean we have to go through this whole process again next summer?!RonnieMoore said:

Great news to be fair. Wonderful way to bring in the season.10 -
Not necessarily because he will be heading towards the end of his career, you could probably see out the next 2 years and when his deal runs out make a decision at that pointRC_CAFC said:

Yeah, lots of move but always seems to end up back with Palace.Pelling1993 said:

As someone said about JRS, some players just seem to click with a particular club, and I can't help but think he'd have done better staying with them (like Bowen at West Ham).0 -
Zaha’s bank account would probably disagreeJdredsox said:

Seemed to do okay in MLS with Charlotte but they replaced him with Allan Saint-Maximin.Covered_End_Lad said:

Maybe they want to "sandwich" it - Lloyd new contract (good news), Fullah out, another new contract/signing (good news).mendonca said:Funny enough, when I loaded the official club page on X, I'm sure I glimpsed a post about Fullah moving to MK Dons, which then vanished in a millisecond. Could be that MK Dons are wanting to announce later in the day1
-
The wordsmith Rich Cawley hasn't put out a substack about Lloyd's extension, makes me think he expects to combine it with at least one more.7
-
He has. https://open.substack.com/pub/southlondonsportcharlton/p/i-could-have-opened-a-pharmacy-lloyd?utm_source=share&utm_medium=android&r=5smyf8cfgs said:The wordsmith Rich Cawley hasn't put out a substack about Lloyd's extension, makes me think he expects to combine it with at least one more.1 -

I post over there and you can take me seriously. There are a number of decent posters on there. We are all Charlton supporters.TheHerminator said:

Not sure why I'm thinking of this today - maybe just the joy of Jones re-signing and hopefully TC to come.
But you've got to have so much respect for NJ with the formation switch this season. He has taken so much criticism for the style of football, being too rigid, too defensive etc. He's being asked to outperform a very low budget, which we all know is a lot easier to do with structure and defensive solidity than attacking football.
We've seen posts from Luton supporters talking about how he set them up for years across different leagues, and basically saying he had two systems. The only constant apparently was that he hates wingers and would never play with them.
Yet here we are in only our second season back at the level, switching to four at the back, bringing in a bunch of wingers, looking to play more attacking and forward thinking football.
Obviously it remains to be seen how we get on but you have to respect NJ for the bravery and the ambition.71 -

Heard a name for the winger, I’m hoping it’s our 2nd choice.16
