While I’m in a negative mood, I wonder what happens after a month of the season when Chalobah, Burke, Bell possibly Leaburn all get their inevitable injuries?, how’s the squad looking then? Doesn’t really smack of learning lessons of not shopping in the injury prone freebie market.
With any luck Leaburn wont be playing.
Last season was Leaburn’s first at championship level, first where he actually managed to stay fit and was given nothing to work with last season think he deserves another chance is only 22 as well.

If players like Knibbs and Kelman are allowed to be excused for a below par championship season can’t see why Leaburn can’t as well
Maybe I’m the only one seeing it, but whenever I’ve seen Leaburn play (albeit not much due to injuries), he’s looked a real handful for defenders to deal with. For his size he’s brilliant with his feet and we’ve seen in the past he knows where the goal is.
I definitely think it’s worth persevering with him. I still think there’s huge potential, especially as you say him still only being 22.
He needs to stay fit, hungry and available.

If he doesn't, he'll be an also-ran again.

Whenever there are random rumours about Medicals / Signings they are rarely true.

Whenever they are out of left field about a new injury they are usually true

Hopefully this is as accurate as the Saturday and Wednesday medical rumours
The same Ramsey who had a pic at the training

ground given his shirt to his sponsor no sign of any crutches

I have a really good feeling about Mbick if I’m honest.  Some of his goals last season were absolutely outstanding and the Col U fans adored him - some saying he’s the best striker they’ve had in years.  If he plays and gets off the mark early in the season he could be an ace up the sleeve.  He’s brutally powerful, quick and was confident.  If he can hit the ground running - make no mistake, he’s worth many many millions but we can’t put too much pressure on him early on

No clue how he will be post injury. He might be as different player entirely

Gough would have been a very decent stand in for Ramsay
That's why I think it's all best we wait and see

Same. Hard same. Ever since he first came into the first team at 16 he looked to have the physical and technical attributes to make it big. But I expect he'll be eased into this season, for many reasons, not just his recent injury. Someone on the Mbick thread said they could see him being our starting CF by the end of the season. I don't quite agree with it, but it's a good shout.

Surely if Ramsay is injured long term, we wouldn’t have allowed Gough to go out on loan

I would think Asiimwe is ahead of Gough in the RB race. I know he's not exactly pulled up trees since his first season, but RB/RWB is Asiimwe's natural position, whereas Gough is more of a 4/6. I don't think the two are related.

I can't work out if you're all potential private eye's or stalkers.

    Fascinating stuff this Holsgrove watch.

Didn't Cowley say he's the best player he's ever coached? Not sure if I'm making it up but I'm sure he said that to Cawley. If we can keep him around, he will be our main striker before you know it!

    Micah is 19.
Control expectations a little, and offer him support a lot.

Imagine Assimwe will be staying then if that's the case which isn't great as he's looked poor pre season.

Time to dip into the loan market if it's long term.
Barely made the Wimbledon team last season.

Could see someone like Mwamba slotting in at right back if needed
Let’s waste his talent doing that.

I think Mesík would play RB before Asiimwe. Bell at LB until Edwards comes in
