Lyndon Dykes has been linked to Milwall every year. It’s a bit of a running joke in their club from what I gather._MrDick said:According to the Daily Mail, Leicester and Millwall are lining up Lyndon Dykes in the summer. Might be reading something that’s not there, but reading between the lines when jones has talked about dykes with Cawley is that if dykes keeps us up and has a good World Cup he’s ok to get a bigger contract elsewhere._MrDick said:According to the Daily Mail, Leicester and Millwall are lining up Lyndon Dykes in the summer. Apparently Lidl were stocking similar rumours but with weird foreign names, for less money in the second week.AFKABartram said:0 -
I think we stand a good chance of signing Dykes for longer in the summer, he has found a place where he is getting game time, style suits him and he is performing well.
After a fairly torrid few years at this level where he struggled to get into teams that is likely to be quite important to him now.1 -
Dykes might feel like he's found a home here, similar to Lloyd Jones.
He's nowhere near as bad as Birmingham fans make him out to be (though his attempt when Allsop was off his line was awful)0 -
Dykes to me is a journeyman. Works very hard for the team but will not score you many. I must say I am ambivalent whether he stays or goes.0

I think it would be unfair to suggest he hasn’t been a real help and done well for us. Whether he’s considered what we need should we stay up will be interesting, I didn’t want him particularly, now admittedly I wouldn’t be disappointed if he stays with us.raytreacy said:Dykes to me is a journeyman.
