Louis, The show was more interesting than the match and you, Nathan and Benji made some intriguing comments on the "passive" match.
Like Benji I watched the 1-3 win at Preston by Oxford and the reason Oxford looked poor yesterday was CAFC set out to negate teams. If like the Portsmouth and Saints games at the valley if the opposition score early our limitations really show up; the same in the local derby at the Den. Being 0-0 we just carried on with the passive play.
Bizarrely, we passed the ball well in the 1st half in that we managed to pass the ball to someone with the same colour shirt but if we even got to the final 3rd we had no threat when anywhere near their goal !
I hear that Nathan wasn't well yesterday but Bloomfield did the better half time chat and they improved and we look lost 2nd half.
Agree that Fullah needs to replace the out of salts TC to be the spark and Nathan is spot on with the opinion on Tyreece.
