Whats happened to Lloyd Jones thats twice so far he has switched off
My mum noticed in the run up to kick off that he was walking a bit stiffly, so it may be injury related

McCorie not made the second half which is a big blow for them. Our full backs need to get down that side now.

Glad we've survived this season (probably) but we can't have this line-up next year please. Midfield needs sorting
I don’t expect we will have the same midfield next season.
Lot to shift on if so though

We've got Anderson, Knibbs, Docherty, Coventry, Taylor, Carey, Berry and Rankin-Costello.

Need at least 3/4 of them to leave in order to get new starters in.
Berry and Taylor are out of contract and Anderson could easily get another loan. I don’t see us moving the others on unless NJ has given up on JRC or we get an unexpected good offer for Coventry or Carey.

A point at the moment looks good but we need to drastically improve as the team look like they're treading water. Well done to Dykes and Kelman for doing something with absolutely nothing so far.

Not sure I’d want Chambers back next season. Looks a bit lightweight for the way NJ plays and doesn’t get forward enough.
He's not looked like someone worth waiting most of January for.
Seems like our fanbase has gone through phases with him - two months ago some were convinced the club had outright lied that he was first choice (before he kicked a ball) and this time a month ago a lot were asking the question how much might he cost to bring in permanently. Now he’s gone through a quiet spell and folks are back to questioning his loan.

Easy to forget the run of form we were on before he (and others yes) came into the side.
Edwards would be first choice not sure Liverpool would be happy with Chambers on the subs bench.
He wouldn’t be Liverpool’s player anymore if he signed permanently!

6 more games of Greg Docherty starting for us I imagine.

Going to enjoy every single one of those poor touches and cheeky fouls.
If this guy is playing another 30+ games for us next season... Good grief. All credit to him, he runs and he tries, but he is sooo poor on the ball.
Seem to recall that at the end of last season most considered Cov and Doc not good enough for the step up. No doubt NJ thought some of the new midfielders he was getting were going to come in and replace them.

No commentary from me today ,  as I'm on my tablet cos I'm over visiting my family for Easter.  May pop back at half time
    For shame Ali!!
Trust me if I'd have tried it'd have turned out to be absolute gibberish, as I can't see the telly screen with my reading glasses on , and can't read my tablet with my distance glasses on.
    Maybe move nearer the telly...
    Or further from the tablet

Docherty played 40 games for Hull their first season back at this level after winning League One in 2021. He looks on track to play a similar role for us in our first season back at this level.

The following season at Hull his minutes were reduced, starting only 18 games and playing less than 2000 minutes.

I would expect that pattern to return with us next season.

Long throw from Clarke ... and the ref misses a blatant push in the back on Jones.

Guess we weren't happy with Twine's chance last time so we'll give him another shot.

Shame Dykes hasn't got much pace otherwise he could have been away there.
