Season ticket

My nephew’s fiancée wants to buy him a season ticket for his birthday but wants to keep it a surprise. As he is already a member of CAFC it would seem to me that to purchase a season ticket she will need to purchase the ticket via his membership. Would it be best to phone the ticket office and explain or she will need to ask him for his membership details and spoil the surprise?

    No harm asking the ticket office but I expect there's no way to do it without spoiling the surprise. The alternative is she doesn't buy it yet but prints out a flyer etc and gives that to him saying she'll buy it, especially as the ticket won't arrive for ages anyway/might be digital

    It would definitely be worth phoning the ticket office to explain how she plans to inflict another year of torture on him and that's before they are even married....

    Just buy it with a new account, unless he’s an existing holder or they will pay more. It can always be transferred later.

    Wait until he’s asleep, point the front of his phone at his face and unlock it. Go into his CAFC account, buy the ST, go into his email and forward the confirmation to herself, move the confirmation to a folder, delete the sent email.

    Bit Brooke Bond 003.5 for me. Just tell him what you intend doing and once he stops pleading "no" and blubbing he'll resign himself to a future of mediocrity and hope dashed on the rocks of expectation.

    How the fuck can we have turned a position of so many home games into being on the edge of relegation ? Lose next week and the others pick up points and we are right in it .
