    Charlton looking a disjointed team on the pitch. Little connection between midfield & strikers. 

    Passing poor so far & not keeping hold of the ball. 
    Dykes definitely need to change his studs - slipping all over the pitch.

    We are miles off it. Hopeless in possession, getting deeper and deeper and getting out muscled.

    Playing at walking pace, no press and yet again a completely non existent midfield.

    Its absolutely painful to watch.

    Helps him that he's not really had competition for his place in the team, as Berry is old / injured all the time, and Fullah is too green as we saw last week - Knibbs is probably a bit far from fitness to be properly challenging.
