I've seen him play a number of times. Flatters to deceive.MillwallFan said:
Mixed reviews from Peterborough fans online. A lot are saying they’ve had our pants down for 3 million, and like you say he’s not all that. But then I also remember a lot of Reading fans saying the same about Azeez so could just be sour grapes. We’ll see. I reckon our recruitment team get about 80% right these days. And the few who aren’t successful are usually loan players or on short/cheap contracts so it’s not a biggy if it doesn’t work out. Apparently we’ve been watching this lad from his non league days so I don’t think it’s a rushed rash purchase.North Lower Neil said:
Don't think he's that great, personally.JustFloydRoad said:
Always thought he was unproven and would one day sign for Charlton, expect will be on the back end of charlton fans chants next season.MarcusH26 said:https://www.millwallfc.co.uk/news/2026/july/26/millwall-complete-kyrell-lisbie-signing/

Sounds like the vast majority of wingers in the Championship to be honest. Most of them blow hot and cold and if they were consistently 'hot' then they'd be playing at the very top level.Scoham said:
Sounds like the mixed views we get of TC, and what we’ve seen about Grant and Alli after they signed. Wingers don’t need to be the most well rounded and consistent players to have something to offer. The same type of comments were even being said about England’s wingers at the World Cup.MillwallFan said:

Even a lot of PL wingers are the same. Madueke cost 55m and he is incredibly inconsistent. Chelsea have a bunch of inconsistent wingers and they're on 100k+ a week. Garnacho has been shit for 2-3 years now and is still getting PL moves.4 -
What level did you watch him if you don’t mind me asking. Think out of all our recent signings this one is probably the biggest riskReturn of the SE7 said:

We can but hope that this rash is a particularly itchy, difficult to shift irritant.MillwallFan said:

A weird situation where Fev and Alli both got loan spells UP to the Championship last January, which helped earn them contracts with different Championship clubs.fenaddick said:

Seen a fair bit of him in MLS, will be interesting to see if he can adapt like Aidan Morris has. Great passing range and setpieces but not much of an engine on him.DyerConsequences said:Middlesbrough have signed USA international midfielder Sebastian Berhalter for an undisclosed fee from the Vancouver Whitecaps.1 -
good move for him, just up the road from Stockport .. did we show an interest or was he just not for us ?Crispywood said:Fevrier gone to Blackburn for 500k0 -

Be a really interesting season for them this season. Last year was the first they didn't get promoted and I felt that in the last 1/3 of the season they were starting to be found out a little. This is their first signing. I am sure there will be more to come, but I wonder if they'll push on or plateau. My gut says that the league will have some really big hitters this year and they don't currently look brilliantly equipped to face that. But they could pull 4 £8 million signings out their back pocket in the next few weeks and turn that around.1

I've watched him since joining Peterborough. First game was pre season against Stamford and he looked very average but thought it wasn't fair to judge him on that. My disabled son has a season ticket at Peterborough so I sometimes take him as his carer plus I've watched live games streamed. He has his moments and he's young so could develop, but over the years I've seen many such players and he fits a certain model. Hopefully I'm wrong.MillwallFan said:

Hmm interesting. I’m quite happy with most of our signings so far, but with Lisbie I’m not so sure. I think it’s a big gamble.Return of the SE7 said:
