Why would you vote at all just because you 'hate' an entrant. I didn't vote at all and if I did it would be for the song I thought was best

I presume he meant if you have anti-Israel sentiment then it won't show in a vote.
But if you feel so strongly pro-Israel that you would vote in their favour to make a point, then you only have one option.

Anyway, it may depend on how many times you want to vote. You wouldnt need to waste any votes on the UK entry, and probably quite a few others.

I'm confident you understand, so if you wanted to make a point and vote for Israel, regardless of the merit of the song you could give them all 10 votes.

If you want to make a point and vote against Israel your 10 votes would be split among 25 others countries.

If you want to make a point and vote against Israel your 10 votes would be split among 25 others countries.
