Is the marketplace board still working on the 'new' site?

Hi all. In my work as a football shirt seller I've come across something rather special. It's a 2000/02 Charlton Home shirt with Johansson on the back, and he's signed it too. I thought about keeping it, but it's not my size and my room doesn't have anywhere particularly good to frame it and stick it up on a wall. I'd like to sell it to a fellow Charlton fan rather than an eBay punter who wants to turn a profit on it. When I try and post in the marketplace board it says I don't have the right permissions. Can any admins help me out?
