All the press blurb at the time said that he had signed a short term contract to the end of the season. The season ended last month.shirty5 said:

Now it could well be (and very likeky) he signed for 6 months, with the contract ending on June 30th like most player contracts, but its not a given. It wasn't a standard contract.3 -
