    I watched this instead of the football (albeit I was aerobicising at the start of the innings & arrived to see Nat & Heather take back control) and I’m delighted I did.
    I love Lauren Bell, she looks like she’s having the time of her life every time she goes out to bowl.

    Bowlers did really well. Ecclestone and Kemp in particular bowled tightly to keep South Africa behind the required rate.

    A big hit and some good running in the last over means we finish on 150-4. Aus definitely favourites but a good partnership at the end have made it more competitive

    I mean it’s utter guff 
    I went today and the Aussies were miles ahead of us 
    the fielding is genuine guff the amount of in and outs of the hand is basic stuff where even at my shithouse park level id be fuming with team mates is a joke .
    left half way through the Aussie innings 
    waste of time 
    couple of them as “pro athletes “ appear to have added some timber in the wrong areas
