Surely us v West Ham is the Billy Bonds/Lee Bowyer/konchesky/Curbs derby*?

And the M23 one is Surrey v Sussex.

The East End has a hard line boundary at The Thames.

Millwall can claim territory there as the original Millwall dock is north of the river, but we've always been south of the river and therefore not part of it.

Sure, we've played at The Boleyn for a season, but even in the Prem years we never had a proper rivalry with them, certainly no more than when we play Fulham, QPR or Spurs, for instance

When Woking and Dorking play each other in the Conference it's the Waitrose derby

I believe there was once an American commentator that called West Brom v West Ham, the battle of the Wests.

Similarly, I believe there was one that commented that it's unfair that a team (possibly us) had to play against Dagenham AND Redbridge.

My Wycombe mate gets in a rage when Sky call Wycombe v Oxford the M40 derby - he said they have no history with Oxford, and it could dilute their distaste for Colchester and Slough Town :-)

Growing up in Slough my first team was the Rebels. I detested Wycombe. It totally galls me that it’s unlikely, apart from cup games, there won’t be games between them again.
I suppose it was the Buckinghamshire derby.

The emphasis on the thread is derbies mate, more specifically, so-called 'derbies'. I've edited the thread title to try to help make it clearer.
