None of the injured have made it again. I am wondering if we are going to just go super super super cautious and limp through to the international break.
Or as usual our injured players are nowhere close to coming back as NJ implies. Presumably to confuse the opposition.... and the supporters.
Alternatively, with so many injuries and absences already we have decided safety first and not taking any chances on anyone who is still in recovery, as further long term complications now would put us right up shit creek.

That is a very weak QPR side
QPR to win with a -3 handicap, was 25/1, now gone out to 28/1.

Safety first means they are not properly match fit. So not ready to come back.

A bit surprised Kelman isn't on the bench. The perfect game for a 20 minute cameo against his former club.
  • Has the stream started for anyone yet?    Was expecting it at 1930.
  • Not on for me either
  • Stream is now up, a bit late, but here we go,..

Soz I’ve put this on here but want to help find owner…👍,following on from our trip to WBA,after the game & when it had nearly cleared out,I found a Blue & Red Nike puffer jacket under a seat half way down stand…I did mention to a steward if anyone comes to claim it…(I didn’t want to leave it there) that il take back with me & hand into to The Valley reception…I’m on way to ground now & ll do exactly that ok…so if anyone knows who’s it is or could anyone please put out on other Charlton platforms for me,so it can be returned to its owner…thanks

    Cmon U Addicks…❤️🤍
I’ve posted this on the Charlton Athletic International Supporters Group FB just in case 👍🏼

I think there's a few that probably COULD do a twenty minute spell off the bench. But after seeing how many we have lost to injury (and after a humiliating result last time) Jones doesnt want to risk either aggravating injuries or someone making an error due to still being rusty.

There is a bloke out there who had spent a number of years rating benches, from 1/10 up to 10/10. His top rated 9/10 bench turned into the only 10/10 when he got married in the church very close by & had a wedding photo of him & his new bride sitting on it.

    Not many people know that

We have 9 out injured, what do you all expect the bench to look like exactly? Are we going to conjure up some new players out of thin air?
Last season our team would have looked worse than the bench does tonight.

Expecting another defender to pull up injured / get a red card tonight.....if so looking forward to the commentators stumbling over Laqeretabua's name.

Jesus wept golfie. What can go wrong will go wrong then?
I don’t know why you bother getting up in the morning!

Still find it mental Smyth has gone on to have a successful championship career, he was gash for us. Like the team... 1-1 or 2-1
