    Just needed to make that first half count and actually score, ref didn't help us in the second half with decisions but at the end of the day we didn't test their keeper enough

    Shame... But another draw, another point towards safety, but this time its as a result of being unable to convert our own chances - Alli firing over, and the lack of gambling from those in the middle from the Bindon head back into the box are the key moments.

    Good performance, but just didn't take our chances first half. We look a better side than the past week. But you gotta find those breakthroughs and we jusr didn't today. Leaburn and Coventry excellent, TC, Skipp, and Grant good. But one of those draws we need to convert to wins.

    Portsmouth set up to defend like we do, organised in and around their own box and will never gift you a goal.

    That meant that as soon as Campbell, Grant, Leaburn and Alli all lost their ability to beat a man 1v1 (due to tiredness) we were only ever going to score from a set piece.

    Pretty blatant penalty on Leaburn right at the end if you ask me, even if he was looking for it a tiny bit.
