Just as some Prediction League competitors are getting into their stride, the competition comes to a juddering halt as Premier League and EFL games dry up for three weeks. While England cram in four games, serious Prediction Leaguers are left with nothing to ponder. Ending on a high note before the break was @Karim_myBagheri who bagged an excellent 8 points by being the only person to get two scores spot on. If only Hull could have scored one more goal at Newcastle, it would have been a full house. @SaySomething, @addix and @Joshb2000 also scored impressively by grabbing 6 points. At the top, @PringlesCurtains had an off day, resulting in a visit to the Noughty Step, allowing @Seabros and @Leeds_Addick to be ready to become top of the pile. The new Statbank stat 'Best Know Your Charlton' has started to come to life, as it tracks the average number of points scored from predicting a Charlton game.     A bit like finishing 11th in L1, but winning the EFL Trophy.

    Yes, Charlton tried that at Cardiff - not turning up and hoping they scored 3 points

    Well, sort of. The 1 or less stat takes that into account, so you’re still on 5 weeks and counting.
