Advance warning for people intending to travel by rail for the game at Swansea [1//1/27- KO 15.00]

Rail improvement work will impact train services for London Paddington.

As a result, GWR will run trains between London Euston and Bristol Temple Meads or Weston-super-Mare, plus between London Euston and Swansea or Carmarthen on all dates.

Importantly, when planning your journey online, search for journeys to/from London Euston rather than London Paddington.

Please note these train services cannot pick-up or drop-off customers between London Euston and Swindon, including at Oxford, Didcot Parkway or Reading.

The journey time between Euston/ Swansea will be approximately 4 hours.

    Don't forget your passport.
  • Some advance train fares for Norwich away are coming through - have booked Tunbridge Wells to Norwich for £22 on the 29th, £11 for the boy. Same fares on the way back on the 30th. Via London Bridge & Cambridge.

Great stuff Clive. Not sure how it looks if you go via Salisbury and pick up the Cardiff train and Swansea there after.  If feasible will take over 4 hours. Took me over 3 hrs to get yo Cardiff alone this way travelling from Basingstoke.
