In a low-scoring week, Chas GPT was this week's high scorer with 7 points, telling us what to predict before anyone else posted. I congratulated Chas on his triumph and asked for a few words. I meant to predict 1-2 for the Wimbledon - Wickham match, but actually missed the one out and put a score of -2. I'm guessing that your software misinterpreted this as a 2-2 draw or something, The match finished 1-1 and I've been given a point that I shouldn't have.

Make some room guys, one more idiot coming over to the noughty step.

It wasn't a software error (as if); it was my error. The software flags any spurious predictions. Another one was flagged, and I deleted it, but I didn't bother to look for any others. It treated your invalid prediction as 0-0, which, of course, gave you a point. Many thanks for being so honest. At least you can go on to the Noughty Step in privacy; the others have all skulked off now.
