Ta for that LoOkOut. I'm a lot better than I was yesterday, but don't fancy taking my chances with the queue for the loos in the East Stand, or on the tube network come to that.

Nasty stuff. I once did a poo accidentally in my trousers whilst teaching.

If you just have the runs you should wear six or seven pairs of pants at once. Not worth missing a match for!
