    ended up in rainbow strippers last night...got home at 2.

    ive had a sausage sanger, 5 cups of coffee, 2 pro plus, a solero ice cream and a red bull. still feel like shit.

    far too late...

    I was in a world of pain yesterday and nothing could fix it, only liquids all day. A right old state. Until i left the office and felt remarkably better. Nothing cures it like a good solid 10 hour sleep. Tickety boo today, ready for round 2.

    Not a cure but imho helps- Pepsi or Coke with loads of ice or very very cold.

    drop a berocca, few cans of diet red bull, and bananas

    if your tired not much will help you. If your poor swede is hurting cure that with anadin and ibuprofen double rations.

    There's a drink over here in cambodia called Royal D. It's filled with electrolytes which apparently rehydrate the body much more than just water. A lot of the locals swear by it, and they drink. An effing lot. Of. Booze.
