we've been linked to in one of yesterday's papers (mail or times as they were the only papers I managed to read yesterday) with some local school (in one of the charlton training schemes) telling kids only to wear pimsolls...after the last two home games, just about summed it all up at the moment for me...

It appears to be the school not CAFC. Health and Safety officials would ban everything if they could.

I had to return an item to Amazon and they wanted this label put on the box:

It was a pedometer, barely an inch long and power by a hearing aid battery. Perhaps evey granny on the bus should be forced to wear a hazmat label.

And the award for most bizarre resurrection of a thread goes to ........
    ;o)
  • If you go to the post office with a parcel and refuse to tell them what is inside - they won't take it.
I wonder if anyone ever lies ?

There should be a health and safety rule against doing it...

Ah the days of feverishly awaiting those packages in plain brown paper arriving. Waiting for wife to go out then straight up stairs with a box of kleenex!
