Paddy Murphy was shocked to discover that all his cows had Bluetongue, a BBC journalist reports.



“Bejasus”, said Paddy, a 38 year old dairy farmer, “I knew they were intelligent beasts but I didn’t know any of the feckers had mobile phones”.

    Paddy is in bed with his missus.Her mobile rings and he answers and says HOW THE FUCK DO I KNOW ASK THE WEATHER CENTRE and puts the phone down.

    His missus asks him who it was he replies I don't know but he wanted to know if the coast was clear.
