Palace away 1st leg of a cup about prolly 93? on Holmesdale terrace, was a bit pissed (lol) and after they scored, summat happened at the top of Holmesdale road resulting in a fan on the floor getting a seeing to from the OB, STUPIDLY I ran up to try and...well I dunno wtf I was gonna try and do. At which of course the OB all jumped on me, dragging me up to that bloody portacabin, ripped me jacket to bits and gave me a bit of a hiding. The funniest thing was that the main c*nt who gave me the grief, his helmet got knocked off in the fracas, and as I was dragged in to the cabin, everyone started singing "goodbye hat, goodbye hat, saying goodbye to his hat...as he was saying goodbye to his hat..."etc which was hillarious, which obviously fuelled the wanker's wrath even more!!

They let me out of Norwood nick in the early hours. Yes I was naive but they were a complete bunch of c*nts.

Thanks, Gump. That was my first thought, but it was a long time ago...

Do you think they still support us?

Boggz i am affraid that generally they are! I remember i was waiting outside sellhurst for my ticket before the game this season, and i thought i would ask an old bill what was happening after as i had to be at blackheath for 7.15 for a meal! He was just the most ornery piece of turd i ever had the misfortune of talking to! And i was sober, polite and curtious! I dont like old bill that much!

Anyway back to thread, i havnt actually been ejected, but come close a couple times, namely west ham when they did us 1-3 last season, when they had that goal disallowed i ran down the steps to goad the chicken run, and this old bill dragged me to the concoarse to give me a sterne talking to, just like school! That time tho i was pizzed! Also, and Mortain will vouch, at cheslea away when they done us 1-0 and got the prem title all i did was tell this fat chelsea fan that he was indeed a fat w@nker and this steward gr4abbed me up and draghged me for some sterne words! It was bollox that day was!! Funny tho as the whole mat harding stand sang to mortain 'who's the wanker in the pink' cos he hates chels! lol After we went on to leicester square and these randon dudes recognised mortain as the bloke in the pink and we had a goods laugh about it! twas a good day apart from the cheating ref!

MCS - Totally agree, I've not had much to change my opinion on them over the years.

Re the Chelsea game - I'm fucking glad I watched that in the pub... I was seething as it was (of course they showed instant replays of how it WASN'T A PENALTY - not even in the area), then to top it all I yelled so loudly when the pen was saved, and then......

To be there surrounded by all accounts by Chelsea plastics in the Charlton end would have been purgatory for me.. I'm sure I'd have got some stern words too!!

Only been chucked from the Valley and that was in 2002 when i missed Kevin Lisbie score against Sunderland on the last day of the season and annoyingly it was the only goal i missed live that season.

portsmouth away late 80's. police pulled out a couple of fans for celebrating a goal too enthusiastically.when i explained to them that maybe their actions were maybe a tad harsh they reasoned that by putting both of my arms up behind my back and led me away before having to get my mugshots done before booting me out.I was only little too.mortsgenius was involved i think.

    Yep, Norwich away 2 years.

Was completely rat-arsed and the Police agreed and escorted me out.

Kindly let me go as the last train to London pulled out of Norwich. . . .

Then spent £100 on a nice riverside hotel, got a train to Braintree, then a bloody coach service to Liverpool Street on the Sunday afternoon.

Thought I was NEVER going to get home.
