a repeat of 97/98 season ?

With our fortcoming league/cup games with WBA I couldn't help thinkng about the 97/88 season.
Didn't we play Forest in the league (away)a few weeks before playing them in the cup (home) - losing 5-2 away and then beating them 4-something at home.............deja vu ??????
same again this time (ending up 3rd and a final win at wembley) or s88d the cup and go for a top 2 finish ?

Nah we played them away and lost 5-2 as you say but that was a good while before we played them twice at home in the space of two weeks. Both times we scored four0
