No there arent.
We're in what we call in the industry a "candidate market". I.e More jobs than good candidates and hence why Australian, Kiwi, Safa, Indian, Pakistani, Polish etc candidates are coming to the UK and getting HSMPs (Highly Skilled Migrants Permits)
