    not really Colchester have had more chances, Zheng has tame header palmed away, big chris couldnt connect with the rebounf.

    Thomas shouuld be dribbling into the box to commit opponents.

    We know Pards hasn't been able to put out his 1st choice team for weeks.

    But what's the point of a large squad if it means replacements are ineffective and the team unbalanced?

    I expect even Pards knows that he's got to go shopping.

    The first two matches he didn't get on the pitch because other players were injured/sent-off, why he hasn't been on the bench for the last two games who knows.

    I've no doubt we'll see Dicko in the team in the Cup match on Saturday.
    He may even start.

    But even though he has come on a bundle, the expectations of him being our new superstar are at this time a bit unrealistic.

    Fair enough, Chicago - and I think we will on Saturday.

    But because Dicko's popped in a few goals for the Jills, people are expecting him to be our salvation for the season.
    At least he knows where the goal is, and has belief in his own ability even if he's just a glorified goalhanger.

    Mind you, it wouldn't have done him or us any harm to come off the bench in the last 15 mins today and nick an equaliser.
