It shows poor management that Pardew did not keep tabs on Youga especially with our left back problems. He should have known that Youga was an improved player and called him back sooner or at least have known how he was progressing at Sunny Scunny.

He couldn't have called him back earlier than Jan, that was in the terms of the loan.
Getting a report back and seeing the player in the flesh can be two very different things. Also, don't forget post match interviews are very much off the cuff statements, so should be given a certain degree of latitude.
