    I thought Bonnie and Clyde were a useful pairing up front. Got lots of shots in and had good movement.

    As for Amady/Amdy he's on loan at Rangers for the rest of the season. He has 18 months left on his contract

    For the season thank god for that but another year of premiership pay for him :-( Also Henry is it true that Spurs have only paid 4 million quid to us for Darren Bent so far ? What was the real breakdown of the deal ?

    Just a bit under as Ipswich get their cut. No secret as it was in the press at the time.

    Like most deals the payment is spread over time and we get paid in instalements over three years if memory serves

    Considering that everyone was saying you'll never get more then £10 - £12m it is still an amazing deal by Mr Murray. How much would Darren be worth is Spurs sold him now. £8m maybe.

    ...and Spurs will have to cough-up the outstanding £12m. We should make them an offer of £8m, so we could get Darren AND £4m "change"!!!

    Now that would be a great deal. An outlay of 4 mill that would almost guarantee us promotion. Sell big Bent and get Baby back all for a couple of million. Well worth considering I reckon.

    Would be great but can't see Spurs selling just yet and doubt that we could afford his new wages. Much as Darren enjoyed being at Charlton it would be a backward step for him right now.

    How about a loan move for him. All he is doing is sitting on the bench. A monthly loan deal Spurs might go for.
