Jimmy - I really use UKNova most of the time & it's always on there an hour or so after the show has finished screening in the UK - not sure about the Box although i have seen it up there.
I guess Torrentspy would be a good place to look as well.

I've even purchaed a piece of software to 'hide' my IP address so that I can listen to commentaries but unfortunately this software does not really 'hide' your address but replace it with another in another country. No good to try to avoid the 'UK user' crap.
