I remember this being debated on here a bit but what was the overall consensus?
"The game will start at 7.45pm, instead of the customary 8pm for midweek home fixtures, as the Addicks respond to requests from fans who have previously struggled to catch connecting trains in London as they make their way home after the game."

I didn't care either way...still don't!0

prefer the 7.45 tbh, but then it's easy for me to get there and in the pub by 6/6.30, I know others aren't so lucky !0

Probably 15% much prefer 7:45, 15% 8:00 and the rest of us aren't overly concerned.
The obvious compromise is to ko at 7:52½0 -
I prefer 8pm as it makes it a rush to get there. Might struggle to make the KO.0

I never requested it LOL
To be honest it's not that bad but I do have to get home get my lad and get over so that extra 15 minutes is usually a god send. But hey who cares about the lone season ticket in sutton.0 -

Does that mean all those that leave ten minutes before the end will stay around a bit longer0

somehow I doubt it.0 -
I'm an 8:00 man as I need the time to get home, pick my daughter up and get back up to Charlton.0

There'll still be a few unaware of the change no matter how well you publicise it......expect to see a few surprised walk in about 7.55.0

much prefer 8pm, gives you added time to get there esp if South Eastern is on the blink. I reckon there are more that will struggle to get there for 7.45pm than there are those that struggle to get home afterwards.0

i prefer 7.45 as i have miles to travel home0

Lent my brother in law my ST a couple o boxing days ago, he got to th valley for 3.00, as everybody had just left after the 12.00 kick off0 -
Makes no odds to me in all honesty. Its only 15 minutes - I don't use public transport to get to Charlton on matchdays, I don't go into the pub and I can go to bed at what ever time I want! Rebel, eh?
Whats the betting the 15 minute earlier train after kick-off is delayed, or sods law its cancelled!0
