Was thining of flying up, trains leave at silly o'clock, and i really cant be doing with staying up there, dont think my body could take a heavy session in Blackpool, does anyone know where u can fly from to get up there

    Flights from london to blackpool have been cancelled recently i think.

    I'm getting a train up that leaves Euston at 5.25am to wake up the crazy fools that were there on the friday night...

    Flights to and from Blackpool airport were cancelled on 23 June 2007 straight after the government announced Manchester was getting the Casino.

    i'm in a bit of a dilemna as i can't go up Friday, so looking to leave early Sat morning, staying for the Sat night, then home on the sunday.

    Thinking of flying into Manchester and getting the train (about an hour) Flight on Saturday morning at 8.20am arriving at 9.25am returning Sunday...various times available, but I picked 17.50pm comes out at £77.70 return BA from Gatwick, and the train on a saver return is £18.00

    unreserved seating is fantastic, going to save a lot of hassle for everyone planning weekenders and otherwise needing to buy big blocks of tickets together at once - well done Blackpool FC!

    And no infighting regarding standing.

    Could be interesting if we shift most of the tickets though and loads of groups of people turn up hammered at 3.00 and want to sit together.
