From the Estates Gazette bulletin today -
"The owners of Crystal Palace Football Club have instructed Mason & Partners to sell the club's stadium to a developer.
The sale brochure pitches the deal as a sale and leaseback, but a potential investor would have to find an alternative home for the club before demolishing the stadium on the site.
The local authority has already said it will not allow development at Selhurst Park unless an alternative is found for a stadium "within or near" the London borough. "
Altogether now...
They're turning Selhurst Park into a public lavatory...
